1. Pour water into a saucepan, add meat and bring to a boil. Prepare vegetables in advance. After 25 min. add onions and carrots. And also spices.

2. After 10 minutes. add potatoes.

3. After 7 minutes. add broccoli. When all the vegetables are ready, turn off the soup and cover with a lid.

Salmon with rice

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets

Rice with vegetables - to taste

Salt, pepper, spices and herbs to taste

Cooking instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 180 C. Put the salmon fillet in a baking dish, salt, pepper, add spices to taste and pour with olive oil. We bake for 15-20 minutes.

Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 500 gr

Water - 600 ml

Champignon mushrooms - 250 gr

Onion - 150 gr

Cream 10-20% - 200 gr

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on medium power for 5 minutes until golden brown.

2. Let's move on to mushrooms. From a pair of champignons, cut a few not thick slices from the middle, 10 pieces. Set them aside on a plate: they will be needed in the future to serve cream soup.

3. Cut the remaining mushrooms into rather large pieces.

4. Add mushrooms (except for those that were cut for serving) to the onion in the pan, salt and fry for 8-10 minutes so that the mushrooms are browned and enhance their mushroom flavor.

5. Pour 600 ml of water into a saucepan and place on the stove. While the water is boiling, clean the potatoes, wash them and cut them into medium-sized pieces (no larger than a walnut). Put in a saucepan, salt to taste and cook until the potatoes are completely softened, at least 10.

6. Add the previously fried mushrooms and onions to the pan, mix. Cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Remove the pot from the stove and puree the soup with a blender until smooth.

8. Add the cream, stir, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and leave the pan - the cream soup is ready.

Turkey fillet, buckwheat and beets

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper and spices to taste

Olive oil

Cooking instructions:

1. We heat the oven to 200 C.

2. Put the turkey fillet in a baking dish, sprinkle with spices and pour with olive oil.

3. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. until the meat is cooked.

4. Serve with buckwheat and beets.

Pasta and seafood

Ingredients:

Seafood (shrimp, crab) - 350 gr Cream - 200 gr Pasta - 180 gr Parmesan (optional) - 70 gr Garlic - 2 prongs Spices, herbs, salt and pepper - to taste

1. Peel the garlic, cut and fry in butter for 30 seconds.

2. Put the peeled prawns in the pan, add salt, pepper, herbs and cream.

3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. (if the shrimps are cooked and frozen) and 6 min. (if raw).

4. Cook pasta.

5. Combine the sauce and pasta. Serve with grated cheese.

Liver with boiled rice

Ingredients:

  • liver - 400-500 gr

  • sour cream - 1-2 tablespoons

  • onions - 1/2 pc,

  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons,

  • salt, pepper, spices to taste.

Cooking instructions:

1. Add the onion to a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry a little.

2. Add the liver, some water and cook for 20 minutes.

3. Then add sour cream, salt, pepper, spices and bring to a boil. After 5 min. turn off the gas. The liver is ready.

Pancakes with meat

Ingredients:

Pancakes:

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Salt - ½ tsp

Milk - 2 cups

Flour - 1 glass

Sunflower oil - 1 l.

Filling:

Onion - 1pc.

Sunflower oil

Champignon

Salt

Instructions for making pancakes:

1. Beat 2 eggs, sugar and salt. Add 1 glass of milk and knead.

2. Add 1 cup flour and mix. And add 1 more glass of milk.

3. Add a little sunflower oil to a preheated pan and fry the pancakes.

Instructions for making the filling:

1. Put finely chopped onion in a preheated pan with sunflower oil. Fry a little and add the mushrooms, which are finely chopped beforehand. Salt to taste.

2. Add meat, which we pre-cook and, after cooking, chop finely or grind.

3. Fill the pancakes with filling. Fry before serving.
